They guide our therapists, ensure best practices, and create a positive, collaborative environment where every child can thrive.

Lindsey Halpin, M.S.,CCC-SLP
Lindsey is Clinic Co-Owner and a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with professional specialties in oral motor skills and Autism. She holds a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. What she loves most about her job is working with kids and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and playing with her children.

Nicole Martin, M.A.,CCC-SLP
Nicole is Clinic Co-Owner and a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with professional specialties in oral motor skills and language development. She holds a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from Wayne State University. What she loves most about her job is getting to know the families and helping them to find their voice. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and playing with her two girls.

Clinical Director
Monica Marciniak, M.A.,CCC-SLP
Monica is Start Bright's Clinical Director. In this role, she oversees clinic operations and manages internal teams to ensure the highest standards of care for patients and their families. A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) by training, she has professional specialties in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Autism. Monica holds a Master of Arts in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Michigan State University. What she enjoys most about her work is having parents share stories of their child using the skills they learned at speech in their everyday lives. In her spare time, Monica enjoys cooking and reading.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Stacey Galietti, MA, BCBA
Stacey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Start Bright’s lead ABA therapist. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in ABA from the Michigan School of Psychology. Her professional specialties are social skills, emotional regulation, and animal-assisted communication therapy. What she loves most about her work is building a strong rapport with clients, aiming to be their biggest reinforcer, and seeing the children blossom into their own unique personalities. Stacey enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, which includes two toddlers and two dogs.
